Editor’s Comment: Debtors’ prisons are supposed to be unconstitutional, and they are certainly inhumane. Yet, the privatization of everything, and level of bureaucracy has resulted in just that.

Poor people are especially vulnerable to the traps of corporate dominance, as fees and penalties are enough to swamp those of meager means, and keep them under the thumb of the system.

Too Poor to Make Bail? They’ll Cage You for That: Lawsuit Exposes Horrors of the US InJustice System

    by Lily Dane

A Texas jail has been caging people who are too poor to afford bail, according to a new lawsuit.

Harris County Jail – the largest in Texas and the third largest in the US – is accused of keeping most of its incarcerated population locked up for misdemeanors because they can’t afford bail or trial.

Now, Harris County, Sheriff Ron Hickman, and five bail-hearing magistrates are being sued by the human rights group Equal Justice Under Law for discriminating against poor prisoners.

    From the Houston Press:

In Harris County, 77 percent of the jail population are people who have yet to be convicted of crimes, who are in jail because they cannot afford to get out. A recent study by Gerald Wheeler, retired director of Harris County Pretrial Services and a doctoral researcher, found that 81 percent of people charged with misdemeanors will spend time in jail, and of those, a quarter of them can’t afford bail costing $500 or less. Only 7 percent were released on a personal bond.

The lawsuit, filed on May 19, alleges that Harris County’s use of a strict bail schedule is unconstitutional, given that magistrates rarely ever stray from it and therefore almost always fail to consider someone’s ability to pay, as is required by law.

Equal Justice Under Law attorney Elizabeth Rossi told the Houston Press that she and other lawyers sat in on bail hearings about 20 different times. The hearings only lasted about one minute, and the magistrate never even gave defendants a chance to speak, she said.

In the lawsuit, the attorneys note that one magistrate even told someone that a bail hearing was “not the forum” for discussing his ability to pay bail. When another asked, “Can I say something?” the magistrate responded: “You can talk to me all you want, but it’s not going to change the outcome. I’m setting it according to the schedule.”

Rossi said that after watching enough of them, the “banality” of the hearings struck her:

Everybody who’s involved in that process, from the judge to the deputies, just looked at it as another routine doldrum chore they have to do, and no one is thinking about the individual standing in that red square, maybe in an orange jumpsuit, who’s about to be told whether he’ll be released to his family or not based on whether he can pay an arbitrary dollar figure.

At this point, I’d like to remind readers that the MAJORITY of these people have not been even charged with a crime, and many of them are accused of committing misdemeanors…most of which are victimless “crimes.”

Let’s look at the cases of two of the people who are being represented in this lawsuit, for example.

Maranda O’Donnell, age 22, was driving to her mom’s house to pick up her four-year-old daughter. She got pulled over and was arrested for driving with an invalid license. She couldn’t afford the $2,500 bail – an amount set according to a pre-determined schedule that does not consider individual circumstances. O’Donnell had been living with a friend because she could not afford her own place, and had just started a new job when she was hauled off to jail.

Loetha McGruder was driving through Jacinto City on May 19 when she was pulled over by a police officer for driving about 10 miles an hour over the 40-mph speed limit. Instead of getting a ticket, the young pregnant mother of two found herself locked up in the Harris County jail for five days on a misdemeanor charge – failing to present proper ID to the officer – simply because she couldn’t afford the bail.

    From the Houston Chronicle:

Court records show that a Harris County hearing officer did not indicate on a form why he set her bond at $5,000 – the maximum amount Harris County designates for misdemeanors. McGruder had no criminal history and two young children, the elder suffering from Down syndrome.

And he never asked McGruder if she could afford to pay bail – though under both federal and state laws magistrates are required to consider individual defendants’ cases individually – including their ability to post bail.

Robert Ryan Ford, a Houston man jailed after being charged with shoplifting about $100 in cosmetics, is another victim named in the lawsuit.

Attorneys for Equal Justice Under Law called for O’Donnell’s release, and she was let go from jail two days after her arrest. They also requested a constitutional bail hearing, during which a judge would consider her ability to pay the bail assigned to her.

They are now asking for the same right for more than 500 detainees in Harris County.

An investigation by the Houston Chronicle found that 55 pretrial detainees died in Harris County custody from 2009-2015, including “offenders” jailed for misdemeanor crimes like trespassing.

Last month, Patrick Joseph Brown was beaten to death by two inmates jailed on felony charges. Brown was detained because he could not afford the $3,000 bail he was slammed with after allegedly stealing a guitar – a misdemeanor. One of the inmates charged in the assault on Brown was allowed to post bond and leave the jail because investigators had not realized a crime had been committed and had not reviewed the surveillance video, the department confirmed.

When Brown’s death was reported in April, Hickman said his jail staff was short by several hundred jailers and noted that operations are being continued by ordering jailers to report for mandatory overtime.

Jose Fierros, 58, was also being held there on a misdemeanor charge – unlawfully carrying a pocketknife (what does that even mean?). Magda Fuentes said Fierros, her uncle, was approached by Houston police officers on the morning of June 17, 2015. She said he’d been sitting in a park, reading a newspaper while waiting to be picked up by a friend for a construction job. Fierros was arrested and held on $1,000 bond. After only four days in custody, he died from blunt-force head trauma.

In 2015, Patrick Green died of meningitis while caged in the Harris County Jail. A lawsuit filed in April says Green was sick in his cell for at least two days, wracked with fever, chills, and a splitting headache before medical workers finally took him to the jail’s clinic. The suit says that despite desperate pleas from other inmates to help him, Green was ignored until it was too late. His was one of 16 deaths in the jail in 2015, at least 10 which were due to medical issues, according to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards. Green was a recovering heroin addict who had relapsed and was locked up for violating his probation. Last year, his parents told the Chronicle that their son pleaded guilty to the charge and decided to serve out his sentence because he knew he needed to confront the situation “head-on.”

Tragedies like these are not limited to Harris County, of course.

In March, the US Department of Justice, noting the many jail systems around the US that follow similar “pay-or-stay” bail schedules, sent guidelines to local courts denouncing debtors’ prisons.

The DOJ letter said that funding municipal operations on revenue gleaned from fines is unconstitutional, and that courts should not jail people without proving the detainee “willfully” refuses to pay a fine. The guidance urged courts to seek alternatives to locking up those unable to pay.

Prisons and jails in the US are overcrowded, understaffed, unsanitary, and are filled with people who have been charged with victimless crimes.

    Here are the (terrifying) facts:

    • The US has the largest prison population in the world, and the second-highest per-capita incarceration rate, behind Seychelles (which in 2014 had a total prison population of 735 out of a population of around 92,000).
    • With only 5 percent of the world’s population, the US has more than 20 percent of the world’s prison population.
    • According to the US Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS), 2,220,300 adults were incarcerated in US federal and state prisons and county jails in 2013.
    • From 1978 to 2014, the US prison population increased by 408 percent.
    • One in 110 adults are incarcerated in a prison or local jail in the US. This marks the highest rate of imprisonment in American history.
    • One in 35 adults are under some form of correctional control, including prison, jail, parole, and probation populations. In 2013, a total of 6,899,000 adults were under correctional control.
    • Although debtor’s prisons supposedly no longer exist in the US, residents of some states can still be incarcerated for debt as of 2016.
    • According to a 2014 Human Rights Watch report, “tough-on-crime” laws adopted since the 1980s have filled US prisons with mostly nonviolent offenders. Much of this is due to the mandatory sentencing caused by the War on Drugs.
    • Violent crime was not responsible for the quadrupling of the incarcerated population in the United States from 1980 to 2003. Violent crime rates had been relatively constant or declining over those decades. Again, we have the War on Drugs to thank for high rates of people being caged for non-violent crimes.
    • According to a 2012 Vera Institute of Justice study, the number of those incarcerated has increased by over 700 percent over the last four decades. The cost to the taxpayer? $39 billion.
    • People caged in for-profit prisons serve as slaves for major corporations. Inmates work eight hours per day for major corporations such as Chevron, Motorola, Nordstrom, and Target, yet only earn up $1.25 an hour. In addition, companies that provide services like phone calls overcharge prisoners on even the most basic services, making hundreds of millions in profits annually.
    • According to the DOJ, average of about a dozen inmates die each day. About 4,400 jail and prison inmates die every year. Most of these occur in state prisons. Heart disease, suicide, and cancer are the leading causes of death.
    • About one in three suicides in local jails happen within a week of the caging. More than 70 percent of the inmates who died in local jails were not convicted of anything at the time they died.

Lest you believe that as long as you don’t commit a crime, you’ll be just fine, consider these points from Bonnie Kristian’s recent article How Mass Incarceration Makes The “Land of the Free” the Home of the Caged:

Did you know you probably should be in jail? By one legal expert’s estimate, as many as 70 percent of Americans have committed a crime that could land them in prison. In fact, according to John Baker, a retired Louisiana State University law professor, “There is no one in the United States over the age of 18 who cannot be indicted for some federal crime.”

It’s impossible to keep track of the absurd complexity of our federal criminal law alone, which now lists more than 4,500 crimes—plus tens of thousands of additional agency rules whose violation can be punished as a criminal offense. At any given point, you could be doing something that logic and conscience suggest is perfectly harmless, only to discover that Uncle Sam disagrees…and we haven’t even gotten to state and local laws!

Over-criminalization means ordinary Americans are tangling with the legal system more often than they ought, and once that contact has been made, draconian sentencing laws mean there’s a real chance they’ll be in prison way too long for the offense in question.

Mandatory minimum sentencing is the main culprit here, as it requires judges to hand down lengthy sentences regardless of the context of the crime in question. As conservative writer George Will has argued, this policy “has empowered the government to effectively nullify the constitutional right to a trial.”

In the article Law Puts Us All in the Same Danger as Eric Garner, Yale law professor Stephen L. Carter opens with a painful truth:

On the opening day of law school, I always counsel my first-year students never to support a law they are not willing to kill to enforce. Usually they greet this advice with something between skepticism and puzzlement, until I remind them that the police go armed to enforce the will of the state, and if you resist, they might kill you.

I wish this caution were only theoretical. It isn’t.

Carter goes on to discuss the work of legal scholar Douglas Husak and his 2009 book Overcriminalization: The Limits of the Criminal Law.

A citizen who wants to abide by the law has no quick and easy way to find out what the law actually is — a violation of the traditional principle that the state cannot punish without fair notice.

In addition to these statutes, he writes, an astonishing 300,000 or more federal regulations may be enforceable through criminal punishment in the discretion of an administrative agency. Nobody knows the number for sure.

Every day, there are about 500,000 people in America being caged solely for being too poor to pay the extortion fee for their release. The “legal” system in the US is supposed to guarantee that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

As Equal Justice Under Law explains:

Those who can afford their freedom pay for it, while others sit in jail pending trial simply due to their inability to pay. Such wealth-based detention has disastrous consequences: overcrowding of local jails, lost jobs, lost housing, shockingly poor sanitation and medical care, broken families, and drained local budgets. In many cases, an arrestee may be held longer in jail while awaiting trial than any sentence she or he would likely receive if convicted, causing even innocent people accused of crimes to plead guilty to offenses that they did not commit in order to cut short lengthy pretrial detention. Individuals who are detained are not able to assist their attorneys in the investigation of the charges against them, resulting in wrongful convictions and longer sentences.

The toxic blend of too many laws, corrupt “enforcers,” out-of-control cops, exorbitant fees and fines, and the War on Drugs has proven to be a recipe for disaster for US citizens.

As terrible as this news is, I’ll leave you with what may be a glimmer of hope from the Houston Press:

Since the start of 2015, Equal Justice Under Law has filed 17 lawsuits across the country, including this one, seeking to end the cash bail system. Where it has won, local jurisdictions — mostly midsize cities such as Montgomery, Alabama, or Velda, Missouri — have been forced to upend their bail systems and entirely ditch their existing bail schedules, which were found to be unconstitutional.

The group has won eight cases so far, and hasn’t yet lost a single one.

That’s a good start, but the US sure has a long, long way to go.

      1. Don’t forget the start of the economic crash is in 2 days and will be completed by june 5th…..unless all the forecasters forgot what they said.. Will the debtors prison will be emptied or filled? When does the EMPCME combo meal kick in?

It is a ‘catch 22’ situation for many people. Without a job, many struggle to pay the fines. But, many cannot have their record cleared and be eligible to work until their fines are paid. So, until the fines are paid, they cannot work.

According to my friend, “If a prisoner in our local Detention Center has to have health care, she or he MUST pay that bill within 30 days of release – regardless of the amount.

If they don’t, they are picked up and put back in jail. So, you have 30 day to get your life re-established: find a place to live, get a job, buy groceries, etc. … and pay off a bill that sometime runs into the thousands of dollars.”

        • I read the first few paragraphs and stopped because there’s more to the story, as usual. A girl who’s locked up for driving on a suspended license and $2500 bail most likely did it several times before and got caught or she had warrants and all the bail added up. Not sayin the justice system is just, but if you’re gonna tell a story, tell the truth or shut the fuck up. And as far as the judge setting bail before the defendant is even charged is a crock of shit. The charges are what determines the bail amount that is set. This article is a perfect example as to why people think preppers and conspiracy enthusiasts are whacko. Back in my younger years, I was a stone cold badass. I actually ran out in front of cop cars and stuck my middle finger up at them just so they would chase me. I’ve been locked up a time or two so I know a little of how it works. Cops will over charge so you’ll end up pleading guilty to something after the DA offers to drop a charge so you’ll plea out and avoid a trial. There is where they get you. Court costs, fines and supervision fees (probation) along with court ordered counseling and a bunch of other stuff you have to pay for. It is a money pit and the convicted will pay or go back to jail. Solution? Obey the law and chances are you wont have these problems and all that money you can spend at Disney. Bwawahahahaha.

      2. This article tells me to “Stay out of Harris County!”

        • That’s just like trying to stay out of Cook County! (Cook, or “Crook”, as I like to call it, encompasses Chicago any many metro areas surrounding it)

        • Nobody can the handwriting on the wall that this article never states but fully indicates. Everyone over 18 can be incarcerated for one thing or another (when in reality most likely 1% have actually broken any CONSTITUTIONAL law). Nowhere within our Constitution can anyone find nearly five-thousand laws! That’s just plain COMPLETE BUREAUCRACY “at their finest” ((and each day they are in session our lawmakers continue to pile it on deep for US …and NOT THEM), so that many, many more can be hauled away (the reason is of no matter to them OR lawmakers …as long as you are stuffed into a cell).

How many folks with weapons do you think it would require to bring all these buildings down? How many folks are willing to continue “risking it” until they TOO are jailed “for nothing at all?” I was a few years back. They claimed the lights on my vehicle were there to impersonate a police officer and they had been called because I had been driving all over the hospital parking lots with my “blue flashing lights” scaring the hell out of EVERYONE IN THE HOSPITAL. (In truth, none of the light were blue, they are greenish-halogens used in our Jeep for “rock-crawling” at night …AND, not one of the lights had a wire leading to them nor a switch to turn them on with (because all had filled with water (not nearly as waterproof as advertised), so I was preparing to take them off). Still, upon arrival at the jail I was immediately ‘tased’ by some blonde bitch who came running out as if I was the biggest badass wanted by all nations and ‘dropped me’…just as a welcome I guess. Then kept me overnight, were total bastards (jeering at the NOT SO TOUGH NOW ARE YA MR. NAVY MAN!), denied my medications (highly risking my life for what it matters) and tossed the meds in my pocket (including all my Nitro – – gee, thanks guys), and, $7,500.00 later, ($5 grand for the lawyer and $2500 for bail …every last charge was dropped in full as it was a case of mistaken identity (but never got back my pistol as it “was sent to DC FOR THE MELTDOWN PROGRAM) There IS no such program. Two years later I ran into the attorney that represented me at a firing range …with my pistol. Upon seeing me he ‘beat feet’ just as red-faced as a man can get.

This is why we, as Americans, need to take back America as ALL OF THOSE FRIGGING LAWS ARE 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL and designed to Put You Into Total Ruin, With A Record To Boot …and then they’ll just keep harassing the hell out of you every chance they get. I won’t say what I did in retaliation, but I will say I’ve never once been bothered by ANY “blues” since that altercation.

Once you are behind bars you cease to have any rights. Did you know that? Notta. Nothing ….unless you have the bucks you are not going anywhere for who knows how long?

Enough is enough. How about you? I’ll be damned if I’ll bow to any police-state tactical-arrests or ANY ‘like’ situation. After “LaVoy Finnicum” took his lead my mind was changed forever in what I’d do if “cornered” in the same mannerisms. SHOOT FIRST and worry about it later. Dead men don’t talk or walk. THAT is what y’all will be facing sooner or later, as it is coming to YOUR house sooner than later, no exceptions. If Hillary wins, omg we’ll have no other choice than to revolt or find ourselves prisoners within our own country and counties, and cities. You can’t “see” that they would cordon off every last major city in an effort to quell anything WE MIGHT DO IN RETALIATION? If not, you are lying to yourselves using meaningless justifications to do it.
Perhaps the next “E-K-I-A” will be an NWO soldier referencing YOUR DEAD BODY …an Enemy Killed In Action (EKIA). Your crime? Absolutely nothing but being in the wrong spot at the right time.

We don’t want this any more than we want those stupid coffin-balls. Why is the world watching America so closely and all of them are saying WE HOPE YOU WIN AGAINST YOUR GOVERNMENT (cuz THEY didn’t and are paying dearly for it). It is because WE STILL HAVE OUR WEAPONS AND DON’T THINK THEY HAVEN’T COMBED EVERYTHING LOOKING FOR WAY TO RELIEF YOU OF THEM …even if it means kicking down “the wrong door” to justify slaying your family as they watch The Simpsons ‘peacefully’.

Again …enough is enough. Am I all alone in this frame of thinking? Where does it state I must comply with illegal laws or die?

The REAL ‘pisser of this all’ is that I found out much later that my attorney was aware all charges were dropped …but he forgot to tell me that until AFTER he had been paid in full (plus got my gun from the previous, corrupted Sheriff (who I am glad was replaced soon after).

          • I call bull shit on you. The police deal with dickheads all day, every day. Everyone knows their fuckin rights, blah blah blah. Funny thing is when people do all this hell raising at the cops and cry bout dey rightses, they forget about numero cinco…the stfu and sue the bastards if they violate the law and my rights amendment. Everyone hates the cops because nobody wants to pay a ticket, yet they bitch when someone else is flying up the road, wishing a trooper was around to catch them. Everyone is all liberal and sheeeit until dey bes da victims and needs a repoat fo dey inshorance. Every vet is a war hero and fights for our freedumbs with selfless sacrifice and love of country. Kiss my ass. You went to jail for being a cunt. You were treated as you were entitled to be after the way you conducted yourself with the po po. Tell me again what % of cops are war heroes?

The police state will continue until humans can demonstrate that there is no need for a power structure to exist.

            • Fearpussy, I predict you will be shot in the face at some point. It will be no loss.

      3. Right, and where did I read somewhere, something about how Texas is so “free”? After moving down here, I can certainly tell you they have more restrictions on EVERYTHING than liberal states- unless you’re ILLEGAL. THEN you get a free pass… Fucking pathetic this state is…

        • Thats why they say “The grass is always greener,
          Till you get there”

          • No shit, but seriously, everyone hears about how great it is, so I was SO looking forward to getting out of the liberal midwest.

You have to have a BS inspection done EVERY year before you can get your sticker. Mine didnt pass because the damn headlight JUST went out. Had to pay an extra $65 because it was at the shop… YET I see these scumbag illegals and blacks driving around with half the fucking front end or rear hanging off…. WTF???

            • Im glad you posted this,, reaffirms my suspicians that that greener grass was painted with some kinda GM chemical

            • DMONIC, fuck the sticker, just don’t comply. Drive anyway.

              • Photoshop your stickers. Most everyone does and police rarely check to see (if you’ve done well, like find an identical vehicle in every way to include year, use THAT sticker #. In Maine that is what the folks do as they don’t have the 12 bucks to afford a sticker …and many drive on expired stickers for years and are never stopped for such (cuz up there most every car and truck has at least one firearm in the back window or on the seat).

Wanna survive — get as far from civilization as you can, in an established small town (but far, far out of town limits in the boonies). And check all your lights everytime before leaving the driveway and carry spares (for everything) that is within reason. A cop is impressed if you can fix the prob as he watches you comply and it shows you ARE complacent enough to ‘stay within the traffic laws’ (as opposed to staging an argument or accepting a ticket for court). Besides, the majority of cars will tell you, just by the way they function, that a blinker isn’t working (slower blinking indicates a blinker light isn’t working). NEVER run your 4-ways unless you are stopped and well off the road. It is not legal to “run” with 4-ways on anywhere that I am aware of. And I’ve been to all of the lower-48 at one time or another over the years. I wouldn’t leave the county now “on a dare” unless my spouse had been apprehended without due cause.

        • Texas Rangers let Waco happen . Texas ranger let 400 children get taken from their families in the LDS crank phone call thing . O the Texas Rangers were crying as they toke the children from their parents . Do you believe this crap . Texas Rangers are proven cowards . Regardless of what you believe?

      4. Maybe the “poor” shouldn’t do crimes then.

        Problem solved.

        • Thea, perhaps many of laws on books just revenue enhancement to enrich the cop/court/jail cartels,no,actully,no perhaps about it!

          • You got it right. These thieves are going to get paid one way or another. More petty new laws on the way.

          • I don’t know where you live, but I live in Los Angeles, CA. I drive a red convertible during third shift in South Central LA. Last time I got a ticket…well over 20 years ago. Follow the law, and it’s pretty easy to avoid the police.

            • Thea,
So you don’t mind having your snapshot taken by every camera on every corner or a good frisking at your local airport then?

        • THEA,
And you don’t think the rich commit crimes? Pull your head out of your ass.

        • Which crimes? Many crimes exist only as a way to steal from citizens. Plus, with so many silly laws on the books, you can break the law without even knowing it fairly easily. Also, cops target the poor. You have heard of “driving while black”, but the corollary is “driving while poor”. The police specifically target the cars owned by the poor because they can’t afford to fight back. I just drove someone to the police station the other day to get a vehicle out of impound. The driver had unknowingly lost his license because he could not afford to make a child support payment. The police refused to let a licensed driver come and drive the vehicle home and insisted on impounding it. It was a relative of a friend, so I volunteered to drive them there so that a licensed driver could take the old smashed up SUV home. The cost for a day in impound and the tow? $400. This for a vehicle that was only $500 to begin with. Were it a person who was of a higher economic class it is likely they would have let them have another driver come and drive it home, but this guy was poor (and black). Any wonder why poor people really hate the cops?

          • And I’m sure the towing/impound vendor got that gig through ‘competitive’ bidding.

        • Thea

The average American commits three felonies a day.

          • I’ve heard that so many times it’s ridiculous.

Someone please cite the three felonies so we know not to do it next time we get up in the morning, eat breakfast, commute to work, put in our 8 hours, then drive home to dinner and spending the evening at home.

        • Driving down the road is a crime.
Police make up excuses to pull you over.
Police PROVOKE to escalate the encounter. They “WANT” to arrest you. Then the system squeezes more money out of you.
Police “BEAT and MURDER” people minding their own business.

License Plate Recognition software in Police cruisers “ALLOW police to TARGET” innocent people. Patriots, Gun owners, those who speak out politically on Web sites LIKE THIS.

My black friend who is a US Navy retired. Just a regular everyday guy. Loves America. Served America for his ENTIRE working life until his Navy retirement. The man can not go down the road to the store without Barney Fife inspired lame ass Police SCREWING with him.

This man is a good decent human being. Even in the Navy he did NOT engage in the normal bar fights most of us, like me, got into. He does NOT drink. Never dopes. NO CRIMINAL History. NONE, Is an NRA lifetime member. Goes to church like clockwork. Served his country with Honor. Loves his family, wife, grandkids, and America.

Yet…. he can’t drive down the road in a very plane automobile without being screwed with by the Police. (I hope he video’s and sues the criminal Police.)

Being a criminal has NOTHING to do with Police messing with someone.
Go into other states with an out of state License plate and see what happens!
Go into Texas, New Mexico, Etc. with a vehicle licensed with “out of state” plates.
YOU WILL get pulled over. You are a sheep to be sheared by Judicial criminals.

Black, White, does not matter. You Will get messed with. Police are CRIMINALS with a badge and the Criminal state backing them. Reality in America.

        • Thea,

Sometimes, the “poor” are just trying to survive.

Look around your community. There are MANY people who have lost their jobs and are just trying to survive.

If a “poor” person is driving home from the doctor’s office with their sick child and is stopped driving a car with a broken taillight or other such “criminal offense”, they will be ticketed and must pay fines.

        • “Thea” Problem solved? Since when was it a crime to have a headlight out? Used to just get a ‘yellow warning’ and three-days to fix it, and NOT a PINK COME TO COURT NEXT WEEK TICKET.

Ask any other old-fart and they’ll tell you the very same.

      5. yes
Texas doesn’t even come close to living up to its reputation

although I do think Texas does lead the nation in the # of minimum wage jobs

and dont get me started on the “Texas miracle”
        LOL !!!

        • I dont know what the Texas Miracle is, but I have to say I am VERY disappointed. Talk about false advertising. Hell, Houston even had a dyke mayor that wanted to let MEN in WOMENS bathrooms and showers! I mean, MY GOD! Houstonians actually voted that scumbag in?? WOW. THEN, add in the fact we got nutjobs like that HCKS fruit loop….

OH, and if you want police to actually DO their jobs and patrol their areas, they hold you at ransom and demand you PAY them MORE money?!?!?! I mean, how fucking insane is THAT?

          • Some people say . Stears and quiers. I don’t even know how to spell it. Waco was very disappointing

          • Houston was finished off by the ‘Katrina refugees’.

          • For all of you bashing Texas, please try to remember that we have had an enormous influx of people (a lot of liberals) from all over the country over the last ten years or so. Couple that with the number of illegals who now have carte blanche to do whatever they want and its a bad recipe. Several of the top ten fastest growing cities in the nation are in Texas. Dare I say that this may have lead to a watering down of the greatness of the State? I do.

            • Agreed. I went to Texas quite often when stationed in Millington, TN (my last six months of service I tended the base swimming pool). *Whatever, I didn’t care at that point anyway and it was a ‘skate job’ too.
Texas back into the 80’s was THE PLACE TO GO to have tons ‘o fun with all them texas blondes in killer cowboy boots and tight jeans. WhooooWHEEE!
Yet now, due to immigrants and corruption (purposely set there to take it down hard …to prevent TX from succession from the union perhaps …Texans are being overwhelmed in non-constitutional bullshit …and there has been MUCH discussion (behind closed doors), of returning it to Mexico or forcing it to be a ‘melting pot’ of a myriad of varying peoples of all walks of life, religions, race and creeds …surrounded by razor-wire (IN THEIR FUCKING DREAMS)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! True Texans would fight to the death, for a fact before allowing THAT to happen. In fact, I am surprised there hasn’t already been an eruption from SOMEWHERE within the state.

Why is it that many are convinced that on the 4th or 5th of next month will be the ‘economic crash’? Anything supporting that?

      6. Maybe the U.S. has a high per capita jail population because we don’t have enough capitol punishment and guards beating the shit out of fuck-ups- as an incentive to not “do crimes”- like other countries have.
Start quickly executing the subhumans and crime will quickly go down.
And all killed will then have thier souls recycled into new incarnations to start working out thier karma, instead of inhumanely being caged for years. It does no good to a persons soul when they are just enabled to continue thier pathetic fucking behavior by being warehoused and released.
Kill ’em for thier own spiritual good, for God’s sake!

        • Jackson, I can support bringing back capital punishment for murder, sex crimes, drug dealers, etc. I agree locking them up on our dime for decades while they run through the appeals process is true insanity. Once they’re given a death sentence, that decision should be final. No BS appeals process which in some cases has dragged on for even 30 and 40 years!

          • Death penalty for drug dealers, you mean the pharm outfits that kill more folks many times over then all illicit drugs combined/you mean the booze/tobacco dealers/which ones/all?!

How about you let folks do what they want with their own bodies as long as not say driving ect. and mind your own business? You are either for freedom or you are not, what someone does as long as not behind wheel ect. nobody elses business!

            • Warchild, OK, I can support Big Pharma in there. I realize people are going to do whatever they’re planning on doing, but when it harms someone else in any way, shape, or form, that’s where their right to harm themselves comes to an end. I would even support giving drunk drivers the death penalty. I lost the only true love of my life to a fucking drunk driver and nothing can ever bring her back to me. Ok, the SOB had a right to go get drunk, but when he got behind the wheel of the early 70s Cadillac he used to run over my wife, it should’ve ended. If someone had stopped him and at least taken his car keys from him, my wife would most likely still be alive today. Warchild, I always love your posts, man, but this is one thing I have to respectfully disagree with you on. If you’re only harming yourself, that’s one thing. but when you start harming someone else, it’s totally different. I speak from personal and painful experience. I hurt every day. I think of my beloved every day. It’s a pain that stays with you for life. But I keep on going because there’s no alternative. I do have a deep hatred for drunks and dopeheads when they hurt someone else. Nothing can ever justify those actions.

              • Brave, actions while under the influence is a totally different story and has nothing to do with my statement.I say the drug laws break up families/cause folks to steal because black market causes high prices(still would punish the crime of stealing) and takes away liberties from us all in the so called war on drugs. As I said, more killed by pharm industry many times over.

I am sorry for the loss of your wife, would hate drunk drivers also. That said,as a kid/young guy did meself drive drunk a few times.I at moment don’t drink for other reasons but when I did and if I ever do again I have a checklist 1Beer,plenty,check.2Plenty of food and smokes rolled, check.#Toys of a loud nature safely stowed/locked up,check.3 Keys to vehicle put in a hard to get spot(almost impossible when drunk!)check.OK,now I can get hammered.I learned and the whole drunk driving thing was tolerated in the past, that has changed for the better as others are at risk. When others are not at risk in say driving under then no bodies business but our own.

In your vision,I would have been killed in high school, yep, sold pot a bit.

                • War, I agree the “War On Drugs” has always been bogus and hasn’t done a damn thing to affect the drug trade in the US. Yes, it needs to be approached in a different manner but I just don’t know what else could be done. But I do know for sure that once the balloon goes up and the drunks and addicts can no longer get their “fix”, they’ll be some of the most dangerous people around. Sunday I’m heading back to the BOL.

          • Death penalty for drug dealers. May be a bit harsh depending on quantities. It brings to mind a time years ago when I was watching Gilbert Godfreid on tv and he said “Holy shit, Pewee Herman got jail time for masturbating one time! I’m sure to get a death sentence!
By the way, I was working on boat trailer lights yesterday and realized that in your preps you should have lot’s of electrical connectors, electrical tape, (good stuff with sticky shit on it, and, oh yeah duct tape>

        • The pursuit of happiness could could only mean drugs . If you can’t control your impulses . Our four fathers had cola cola ,laudanum . And opium. And they seem to be smarter then us? Does anyone think our current brains are smarter then them? We are idiots compared to them ? Corrupt rats is what we are? We can criticize no one? They made the greatest nation . .? We are destroying it .? Can anyone argue with that? We all can see the fight coming?

          • The fight is already here.

Illegal alien “migrant” houses in the US are being torched to the ground. Occupants were found with a single entry hole in their foreheads. The local police said that it was NOT a hate crime.

        • In USA, most of the ‘people’ running the just-us system should be on the other side of the bars.

        • I often question if folks like that even have a soul.

      7. Police don’t serve the public and don’t care about us anyway. They serve government according to the federal and state supreme courts who have ruled on this issue many times. I agree the system has gotten way out of hand, not only in TX, but all over the country. Most jurisdictions now actually charge people for their stay in jail and that’s in violation of a SCOTUS ruling from the 70s. The system needs to be scrapped and start over from scratch. I remember when nonviolent offenders were simply given a citation and a court date. What’s wrong with going back to that?

        • Simply to get people used to being arrested and rounded up. All it takes is a simple traffic stop to get a non-violent person IN THE SYSTEM.

          • Anonymous… a traffic stop CAN/WILL get you MURDERED by Police.
Police are UNACCOUNTABLE for their Crimes, Murders, Lying, FALSE CHARGES.
Those are the things they do to working class American citizens.

You are just an open bank account to their Master’s, the above the law CORRUPT CRIMINAL politicians. They will make things up/make up charges, so as to get you under the control of the System. And now days EVERYTHING is a felony.
No matter how small the charge they will “enhance” charges to make it Felony.

Take care of small things and AVOID all contact with Law Enforcement CRIMINAL Police and ALL government entities. They WILL Ruin your life.

First Hand experience here. I learned the hard way. All is now gone for me. Money, Marriage-Wife, Family, Children, Job. All gone due a traffic violation. They even stole my car at impound. Charged thousands of dollars storage fee while they locked me up. They stole ALL personal property left in car.

Avoid Any and All contact with any Police. Stay home on weekend nights. Never be out past 9 pm. Check tags-stickers-lights, be non de-script. Try to see all the “Magic” signs they put up and change often.

But my trouble was in middle of day. Middle of week. Minding my own business.
Didn’t matter. Wife-Marriage, Family, Children, Job, Money, Car, ALL GONE now for traffic ticket. No kidding!
It is thought out INTENTIONAL destruction of Finances and Family. They KNOW what they are doing. You are being TARGETED by Police if you are an American.

If you are Mexican or Foreigner. “Free ride baby. You get a Pass.”

        • Police = Policy Enforcement

          Policy = Commercial Rules/Enforcement

          Commercial = Business

          Police are hired (business).
          Sheriffs are elected (constitutional).

And the circle keeps on going round and round…

      8. So the alternative is to just let these criminals out on the streets, without serving time or paying a fine or even making bail?

Just how is that going to protect the public?

King Lear was right, let’s kill all the lawyers.

        • This is petty shit here that these people have done. It is about turning ordinary people into CRIMINALS and collecting REVENUE. Bet you never drove over the speed limit or ever accidently broke the hundreds and hundreds of laws they conjure up. Or have you?

          • That’s right, I’ve never been arrested. If I had, I’d expect to pay the fines and penalties.

Keeping your license and insurance current is pretty simple, so is being able to present identification.

Seems like no one can afford to pay a fine, but they have the money for drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or vacations.

Boo hoo. Cry me a river.

            • Smokey,
My question was Have you ever broke a law. Ever drive a mile over the speed limit, not wear a seat belt,
throw a paper or can out littering? I did not ask if you have been arrested.

              • SMOKEY LOUDLY proclaimed he has never been arrested. He has yet to answer if he has ever broke a law.

        • Smokey, I’m not saying let out anyone convicted of any serious crimes. Hell, I’d even support going ahead and taking them out of this world. I’m just saying there’s got to be a better way of dealing with misdemeanors. The ones who commit the more serious crimes like murder, sex crimes, gangbangers, etc, are the ones you really need to worry about. I’ve never been scared of any misdemeanors in my whole life. When you literally run out of room in your local jails for these people, what else are you going to do? look at what it cost to keep someone locked up on average for one year now. those costs keep going up with no end in sight. something has to give somewhere.

        • The real criminals wear costumes robes and suits

          • Pray tell then why has Obama been releasing the absolute WORST OF THE WORST (from MANY prisons), and in doing so they’ve gone right back to doing what they were incarcerated for (except now they have carte-blanc to get away with it unscathed.

          • Menzo, DING DING DING DING! We have a winner!

        • I think the point is locking them up when they cannot afford to pay. They still have to come to trial. Release them on their own and if they fail to make court then they get arrested and sit in jail until a new trial date is set. Seriously how does this make sense? Someone pulled over and has no license, gets put in jail for 25 days awaiting trial because they cannot afford $250 bail. Cost of housing, guards, laundry, electricity, water, food for 25 days? Probably $5,000.

      9. This is all acceptable to the Omuslim Obomber and his citizen Lynchjob muslim attorney general pile of shit. I say kill kill them whiteys and darkies, rob them blind, let them know we bitches mean business, let them all rot behind bars you worthless scumbags. Don’t like it? You’re next crackers.

      10. Be law abiding = stay out of jail. They are in jail because they deserve to be. Stupid bleeding hearts.

      11. All the prisoners in for bullshit crimes not hurting others, just let em out, yup,am all for it!

      12. oh nice

Donald Trump pivots to the general election: ‘You have to be wealthy to be great’

        h ttp://www.dailykos.com/stories/2016/5/26/1531404/-Donald-Trump-pivots-to-the-general-election-You-have-to-be-wealthy-to-be-great

“”You have to be wealthy in order to be great, I’m sorry to say.” – Trump”

new boss is gonna be soooo different than old boss !!!

        caveat emptor kids
        caveat emptor

        • Ha,, wait till he totally screws something up and hitlery gets installed like tptb want,,,
Aint life grand, i hope everything comes unglued and falls apart this summer.

        • Maybe you are right santori. But what else can we hope for ?

      13. If you start letting people go free because they have no money, why enforce any laws? If you start letting people go free because they are black, why enforce any laws? Enforce all the laws on the books and serve maximum penalties. If the law doesn’t belong on the books, then protest it until it is removed.

      14. I have always said that don and bern were plants, they just released a lot more anger then powers that want to be could know, and have energized a lot of folks for real change.I do not believe that powers that want to be had any idea both candidates would get so far, they figured just let the folks get a bit riled up and put in the chosen winner, opppps!

Just keep living for today while prepping for tomm.

      15. Well this ONLY applies if your not a government employee. Look at Hillary and Eric the DOJ gun runner. they both deserve orange jump suits and 20 to life but they will still get their pension and no jail time.

      16. satori trump is a moron to say you have to be rich to be great. being rich makes you Teflon in this world you can control others screw others and have the best corrupt lawyers to defend your interests. People idolize the rich like they are gods or something. All set with trump he’s sitting back thinking he’s gonna be pres. I’d like to see him humbled quick with losing election. Last I knew rich people die too and you can’t take all the $ with you. I vote for Joe Plummer. Gonna write his name in. Just a working guy that knows how hard it is to make a buck.

      17. I bet some of you crybabies would be pissed off if some douche bag stole only a misdemeanors worth of your stuff and they got out of jail free because they couldn’t afford bail.

        • It’s about arresting and jailing and throwing the book at the low-hanging fruit. No problem that somebody commits a non-violent crime and ends up dying. Yea, that’s real justice. You need to do some research on professional courtesy in the justice system.

        • We aren’t talking about getting away with crimes, or not being punished. I am talking about the people that cant make bail while they await trial. How would you like to get arrested for DUI and not be offered bail then sit in jail for three weeks awaiting trial. Your punishment would be a fine, lose your license for 6 months and go to rehab. Instead you lose your job, probably get jumped in jail, wife leaves you and you lose your house because you cant pay your mortgage. Just saying.

        • Someone stole from me and were caught by me they’d pay a different penalty without involving scum government.

          • Yes, and then you would pay a big penalty for taking the law into your own hands, a penalty that likely has a far greater financial cost than the item that was stolen. I HATE thieves. However, I also tend to live life by mathematical calculation rather than feelings as I find it to be the most efficient way. Thus I let some things go that would cause others to need legal counsel by the time things were done.

      18. Smooze, if you want to keep giving up some of your tax dollars to keep nonviolent offenders locked up, go right ahead. What do you think happens when your local jail runs out of room for such people? Where are you going to put them then? You oughta think before you post such a stupid remark like you just did.

        • Why the fuck would I pay $1 billion every fucking year in taxes for people to be put in jail over marijuana??????

Does that make any fucking sense??????

Fuck sake, what the fuck is wrong with you idiots??????

          • This is one of the few times I agree with you. I do not think it is a particularly good idea to smoke pot, but then again neither is drinking alcohol (I do neither). However, I do think that the solution is worse than the problem here and it has just become an excuse to hassle the poor who are desperate to have some sort of release from their problems, even if only for a short time. I also think it exists for the purposes of government theft of private property, aka civil asset forfeiture. The so-called war on drugs, along with the war on terror has not made us any safer but has taken away our civil rights. Sorry, but with pot, it’s time for the government to move on and just let people be.

      19. maybe trump outta team with the bern!!

      20. Two excellent reviews can be read at beforeitsnews.com, #1- Barrack Hussein Obama: The Detailed Backstory of the Ultimate Manchurian Candidate, 5-25-16 at 18:59. This is a recap of who Obama really is stating that he is a mind controlled cia product born in Switzerland where the real cia headquarters is below Lake Geneva. He is the American dictator coming up to completely destroy America. His past is a complete fraud. #2- Mob Roots: Exposing Trump’s Decades of Deep Ties to Organized Crime: Eye Opener! 5-26 at 8:54. Trump is a crook just like Hitlery, would you expect anything different.

      21. Great plan ? Put all the fighting age males in prison for BS charges. No resistence to the new world order .? And all the old folks will want to put those dirty criminals in prison forever? Cause they did something the gov. Didn’t like. Useful idiots? It will be easier to cut your benies . With no back up. You old folks can sing kumbaya real loud. That will work? Keep it up old and stupid. Betray and pay?

        • Fuck YOU Lone Wolf ….you too MIGHT see ‘old age’ (and then your wisdom will realize the foolishness of your last post). Until then you are about as useless as tits on a boar.

      22. I see my 6:15 comment still has not cleared moderation, that’s over 3 and 1/2 hours after the post. Take it down if you wish. No offense except to Obama and Lynch.

        • Mac has to sleep sometime.? Sleep fast Mac?

      23. Obama is there to delay the EBT people from rioting first off. He will delay them . To weaken them . To wait everything will go back to normal in a couple days then a couple weeks . The useful idiots are always removed . When they are no longer needed..

      24. We are facing the greatest battle in all of history. As it is written? Worse than the Mongols or the Muslems. Many will die. But we will die as Cristian’s . We are told not to fear death in Christ . Should we even fight death as Christians ? Or glorify in our redemption ? It is written we win in the end . No fear?

      25. Did the whores that allowed themselves to become impregnated before finding a law abiding tax paying husband ever give any thought as to how stupid they were/are for being so damned short sighted? Who gives a rat’s ass as to why welfare mothers can’t afford bail? The shit bird shoplifter should have been shot on sight. Any descent person would not concern himself with the plight of such vermin. Why don’t any of you have any sympathy for the shop owner that lost money because of the shoplifter? Why don’t any of you have concern for the taxpayers that support these criminals? Death to all of them if they can’t learn to drive, keep their hands off of what doesn’t belong to them, and start being productive citizens. Death, and nothing else to everyone that is in jail for any reason. Period.

      26. Pulling the Teeth out of the Mouth of the Legal System

Not many people realize that the legal system is a complete scam, and even fewer realize that it has teeth which can be easily pulled out, quite easily, in fact. The forceps that are used for this task come straight out of the legal system itself, believe it or not! These forceps come in various sizes, shapes and styles, but they all do the exact same job. They expose the contradictions and hypocrisies of the legal system, as well as the crimes that the legal system commits in order to function. All that one has to do to identify these forceps, and then use them, is to thoroughly read and understand a few key elements of the legal system, such as its basic premise for existence and from where it derives its authority. There are a few more which will be touched on as you read further. And as more and more of these tools are learned, much confidence in using them will be gained.
The legal system from its very beginnings, when the King’s Court was seen as becoming too corrupted to function properly as a place where people could get their due justice when they had been wronged, has been nothing but a huge scam. Not even the men who spoke so eloquently on behalf of the plaintiffs and defendants way back then ever saw that the legal system would be its own undoing one day! But that time has indeed come upon us now, and all that we have to do is open our eyes and greet it like a brand new day dawning upon us, with a cheery grin and a song in our heart.
The various policing agencies are a rather easy set of teeth to yank right out of that meat grinding maw of the extremely ugly beast we call the legal system. One way is to get into the record the fact that “witnesses” for the State enjoy being able to lie while under oath without any fear at all of perjury charges being filed against them. This is supposedly allowed under the guise of it furthering the interests of justice! Just HOW are the interests of justice served by certain people being allowed to lie while under an oath to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? That’s not justice at all, that’s criminal collusion to say the least! It makes a complete mockery of that oath! If this fact seems too incredible to believe, all one has to do is make a test by firstly reading Terry Reed’s book, Compromised; Bush, Clinton and the CIA. And then ask a lieyer (without telling him/her that you are onto their scam) if that is true or not. If they say that it’s a lie, then bring up the fact that that very thing happened in Reed’s case, and ask them how they can reconcile the two things. You see, ALL good attorneys always know the answers to their questions BEFORE they ask them! Unless it is one that comes out of some testimony, the answers of which will be verified later on to make sure that the truth was being told.
Another pair of pliers that can be used is to show a conflict of interest with any of the actors involved. These so-called judges are a good place to start, since they are all just Executive Administrators who do not even swear a proper oath of office before they begin hearing cases. And they never disclose the fact that they are actually acting as the lead prosecutor in any case. These EAs take a portion of the proceeds of a court case in the form of a payment into their retirement account. In “income tax” cases, they can get a cash payment of ten thousand dollars upon a conviction!! Isn’t that a conflict of interest there? Do the arresting officers get any kind of a perk or bonus from their actions? Or does their department? Isn’t that biased policing?
After many years of study of the legal system and its machinations, something was suddenly realized. It is the incontrovertible fact that the entire legal system runs on fraud of one kind or another. And since fraud is a crime, exposing it for the whole world to see, negates any pretense that it is an honest system and one has to endure it. Let us look at the definition of just two words now, and see how they fit into this tool box of ways to beat the legal system at its own game, shall we? The first one is the word contract. It is defined in any law dictionary as having five essential elements to it, and the violation of even just one of them to any degree then renders the whole thing void. Those five elements are competent parties, subject matter, a legal consideration, mutuality of agreement and mutuality of obligation. Notice now that these are given in terms of absolutes, meaning that there is no lee way at all in any of them. They are either there or they are not. For how can anyone measure how much deviation from them can occur before the alleged contract is finally vacated? That is a very deadly arrow to pull from our quiver. Another word is fraud. According to several court cases, fraud vitiates all that it comes into contact with. Fraud just touching something renders that thing completely contaminated and of no further concern to us. How can it be otherwise? If it is some other way, once again, what is that measuring instrument which we use to mete out the appropriate amount of fraud to make sure that we get just the right amount?
Any alleged contract can be vacated for fraud, threat, duress, coercion, mistake, illegality, immorality, impossibility, insanity or minority of age. Another tool in this box is The Seven Elements of Jurisdiction. One can easily find them by just the most cursory look around a law library or online. The Void for Vagueness Doctrine has been used many times to yank whole sets of legal system teeth in one fell swoop, as well as proof of a mistaken identity. So you see now, the entire legal system is just riddled with holes, some of them big enough to sail large ships through three abreast with plenty of room left over. Other holes may not look to be so cavernous at first glance, but all holes leak something. And once a small leak has begun, it can turn into a major spill very quickly. Now some people may not like to remove those chains of the legal system from around their ankles, because they feel that it is their duty, in some sort of a perverted way of thinking, to be ripped off and abused by it and its actors. Or maybe it goes against their brainwashing in the public fool system or some religious order to seek freedom. And to them I say, well, please have a very good time with that then! But if others do not want to be made a victim of the legal system, why should they be so made? Just to keep the others company in their cell next door? We should have better things to do with our precious time than that.
Yet even more tools are The Three Magic Questions. What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has the right to commit? What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANY man or woman has an actual obligation to endure? What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of, in the instant case? Those three questions right there have the lieyers heading for the hills when they are asked. They have no real defense against them, so they MUST run away as fast as they can and hope that they can outrun them.
So when enough people are educated with this material, the current legal system will be starved more and more, eventually becoming so weakened it will just die. When enough court cases are dismissed and no profits are being created from them, the various policing agencies will have to curtail their criminal activities. Like civil asset forfeitures. That is the real reason why Prohibition was repealed, too many court cases were being lost due to jury nullification and the courts were losing money hand over fist. Make no mistake about it, courts ARE businesses which must show a profit each fiscal year. Every court in America is listed in Dunn & Bradstreet as a business!! And, the federal government couldn’t keep shame off its face with a law on the books that couldn’t be enforced, so Prohibition had to be repealed.
One fine day, we will be able to go back to Common Law courts with real juries of our peers; our friends, neighbors and business acquaintances, for who else should know us better in order to judge us? The judges will be there only to act as referees to keep things running smoothly and the jurors will be the ones who judge our guilt or innocence based upon the factual evidence presented.

        • Howard the Duck… that was a revealing and excellent comment. Thank you sir!

          • None here will live to see those days, except the “fighting days.”

          • I’m glad that you liked it, here’s another one!

The Scam of the Legal System

The “legal system” is nothing other than a huge scam, fraud, artifice, which is set up solely for the impoverishment and control of its victims. And of course, it also has the intent of using any means at all at its disposal for keeping itself going on forever, and growing, at an ever increasing rate.
But fear not, Dear Reader, as there is a most simple way out of that abyss, that labyrinth which we have been led into under the false idea that we can hire someone to help us in obtaining our justice when we are wronged. It is quite simply the serious and dedicated application of the Three Magic Questions. They are; What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANYONE has the right to commit? What is the EXACT AMOUNT of fraud that ANYONE has an obligation to endure? What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of in the instant case? No lieyer who has ever been asked those first two questions has given a straight answer, the ONLY answer possible, which is none. For to do so would put an immediate end to the fraud which they depend upon for their daily bread!
It is a given that no one who is dependent upon something will ever do much, if anything at all, to harm it. Hence, we see quite clearly now as to why the lieyers of the world do not like to look too closely at the origins of their “profession” and what has become of it. What had started out as a bona fide alternative to the thoroughly corrupted King’s Court, has now become that very thing which it was created in protest against; a totally corrupted system! Many may balk at what this Author says, but NONE of them can offer up even the slightest shred of anything to actually prove it wrong.
If there was some amount of fraud that one had a right to commit or an obligation to endure, then how could it possibly be measured? Without that measuring stick or container or balance scale, how could anyone know for certain how much was not enough or how much was too much?
What is the BASIC PREMISE that is being operated off of at any given time? Don’t we have the Right to know that? Aren’t we at a severe disadvantage if we do not? Who can say that we have no inherent right to know all of what goes on around us? Are we “persons” held as slaves to another in a democracy, or are we free men and women in a republic? Please heed these words here well, for they ARE the key to the chains around your ankles!
If you print out the TMQs, either by hand or machine, and then post them all around your house and at work, after a short amount of time of thinking about them, they will become a part of your mind and way of thinking. Every time that you are interacting with others, you will think of it in terms of those TMQs!
Look up the definitions of fraud and contract, and learn them as well as you know your own name. Make them such a part of your thinking that not a day goes by without contemplating them, and you will then begin to see a change in your life. In the way that others treat you, and you treat others as well. It can’t help but happen, unless you wish to keep on being cheated and cheating others too.
The entire legal system is a den of thieves and vipers. Why should we continue to feed them anymore, when they bring us such unlimited amounts of misery? We need to use the TMQs and starve them all out of business as well as existence!! What would a so-called “judge” be able to say or do if asked those three simple questions? What could they say? What can ANYBODY say in response to them? It should be dawning upon you Dear Reader, just about now, that you are at the mercy of a corrupted system that has gone wild and is completely out of control. Who is going to rein it all back in? Can it ever be done? This Author says no, it cannot! It is like a hand or arm with gangrene in it. It cannot be saved, so it must be cut off as quickly as possible, before the body dies and there is nothing left to save.
Make your OWN test of the TMQs as this Author has done. Ask as many lieyers as you can stomach, what the answers to those questions are. You won’t get one in a thousand to answer you honestly, for it would go straight against what they are all about! Just look up “Attorney and Client” in the Corpus Juris Secundum, Section 14 and see it for yourself!
A thorough and careful study of any law dictionary will give you more knowledge of and insight into the criminal nature of the legal system than you could ever imagine. It is just FILLED with expose’ after expose’ of how corrupt the system is, if you are only daring enough to see it for what it is.
Very few people will go into a fight that they completely KNOW they have no chance of winning. They would rather just let the fight come to them, and be killed, than to expend their last energy in that way. The lieyers of the world are the same way. They know that they cannot prevail against the TMQs, so they do all that they can to avoid them like the plague. To answer them correctly, is to commit suicide, both financially as well as “professionally”. Being as professional as an unwashed whore that is. What could a lieyer do for honest work then? Surely not much until retrained, as their whole career was all about lying, cheating and stealing. If anyone at all can prove this Author to be wrong to any degree, in any way, then let them do so at once! This is all born out of some facts as solid as a piece of granite stone, coupled with a bit of logic. True, some may like to ridicule these facts, thoughts and logic, but can they prove them to be wrong? Or have all of the differences between what is right and what is wrong been eliminated? If such is the case, then surely it must have been done by the lieyers themselves, for no one else would profit so handsomely from such a dastardly deed as they would. But to be fair, whores at least serve a useful, if maybe distasteful purpose in society. Lieyers on the other hand, do not. Maggots, jackals and vultures may feed off of dead bodies, but lieyers are the main cause of all those dead bodies.
These elevated to the bench so-called “judges” (actually they’re just Executive Administrators sitting in Admiralty jurisdiction) are just more lieyers, and are far from being unbiased. Since they do not swear a proper oath of office, and also are members of the British Accredidation Registry who take bribes (cash payments in “income tax” cases and monies from civil judgments paid into their retirement funds), how can they be anything BUT biased??
Justice must satisfy the appearance of justice. The USSC has ruled and reaffirmed so in Levine v. United States, 362 U.S. 610, 80 S. Ct 1038 (1960), citing Offutt v. United States, 348 U.S. 11,14, 75 S. Ct. 11,13 (1954). “A Judge receiving a bribe from an interested party over which he is presiding, does not give the appearance of justice”. How much plainer than that does it need to be?? For further proof of all this, just do a search for “Fraud upon the Court” or “Fraud on the Court” and see what you find. “It is axiomatic that fraud vitiates everything”. Those words are not those of this Author only, they come from many, many court cases. ANY officers committing fraud upon the court render the orders and judgments of that court void, of no legal force or effect. This is the reason why everyone needs to get the “judge” on record at the outset, BEFORE any kind of plea is entered into the record, a promise to not commit any kind of fraud to any degree in the proceedings nor to allow anyone else to commit any fraud either. What kind of “judge” would not gladly make such a promise? Would any honest judge have a valid reason for not doing so? Is there some kind of hidden premise that is being operated off of in the courtroom? As stated earlier, NO ONE who is benefiting from a fraud or scam can be counted upon to injure it. The legal system has become a plague upon the land, and like a plague, it will kill itself off after it destroys more hosts than are needed to keep itself going.
No casino anywhere in the world forces people in off the street at gun point and makes them gamble with their life or property, so why should a court be able to do it? What is the basic premise of the courts? It’s certainly not to ensure that justice is done! The outcome of any so-called “trial” is no more guaranteed than whether black or red will come up on the spin of a wheel. In the subject of casinos, most everybody is aware to some degree that the games are all rigged up in favor of the house, but how many of us know that the courts are rigged up every bit as much, if not even WORSE?
In the case of U.S. v. Robert C. Braun, Mr. Braun merely asked if the property he and his fellows had been protesting upon had ever been ceded to or bought by the federal government. It had not, so the silent judicial notice of federal legislation being in full force and effect there was negated. Braun, and his already convicted fellow protesters (all of whom had hired attorneys BTW) against abortion had not in fact violated the F.A.C.E. Act and were thus set free. Foley Bros. v. Filardo had been upheld, much to the chagrin of the prostituting attorney, who told the “judge” that if the legislative jurisdictional challenge from Braun was permitted to stand, “half the prison doors in America would fly open”. EXCUSE ME?!?! That filthy scum bag lieyer KNEW that fraud was being committed all along, and yet did nothing to stop it? Why wasn’t he put into jail for aiding and abetting a crime? Or is it his JOB to commit fraud upon everyone that he can get away with? It most certainly does seem so!
So woe unto YOU, lieyers of the world! The people are beginning to wake up to your foul works and evil deeds, and soon we will be rid of you, one way or another!

        • “The Gulag Archipelago” by: Aleksandr Solzenitson

There is a free audiobook on U-tube

          Absolutely Required Listening.

          • The Gulag is the prison in Russia. This is the true story of the inprisonment of millions of for the most part completely innocent White Russian Christians, worked to death in many cases by the, for the most part Jewish Communist so called Revolutioaries. Solzenitson is a Pulitizer Prise Award winning author.

The above mentioned audiobook is a rare find. This book has been banned and suppressed via censorship because it chronicles the false inprisonment of the victims of the people who now control publishing, the media, governments in the worldwide conspiracy known today as globalism. It has gone by other names in the past. In Russia at that time and now it is still referred to as the Russian Revolution or the Communist Revolution.

“I had to bury many comrades at the front, but not once did I have to bury a Jew”

              and from Prez Nixon…

“I didn’t notice many Jewish names coming back from Vietnam on any of those lists. I don’t know how the hell they avoid it. If you look at the Canadian-Swedish contingent*, they were very disproportionately Jewish. The deserters.” – Richard Nixon

These are no antisemitic canards by evil jewhaters, yiddish draft-dodging is well documented throughout history.

      28. We need a new constitution that eliminates all authorities and the oligarchy:

        h ttp://7cconstitution.blogspot.com/2016/04/the-full-7-concepts-constitution-based.html

I’m sick of being harassed by cops.

        • No NEW Constitution …just a return to “as it was” would suffice quite nicely …and ELIMINATE all of our present headaches.

Let anyone screw with The Constitution and you’ll quickly be screwed out of the entirety of it.

It is STILL IN PLACE – – why in hell isn’t anyone using it to battle this corruption that has become rampant (not as much in the streets), but within our legal institution, Institutes of Higher Learning (which are being dumbed down as we speak, day by day).

Again why isn’t anyone (in a position to do so), doing anything now, before or in the future? Doesn’t make sense meaning there is a missing element we are not aware of ….yet.

DONT be duped into believing The Constitution no longer exists. That is propaganda that The Clinton’s have invested in because she first intends to destroy the 2nd Amendment. Even TRYING such a thing will invoke an uprising the likes of which America has never seen (except when was first being formed as we escaped from the bastards of tyranny back then). Now they are far deeper in trouble than we are …at least for the moment. However, should the entire EU fall, it in no way means “we are next” …no reason for it too except on the illegal documents created by madmen seeking full control of every living soul on the planet that has anything they may wish to have for themselves.

I wonder how many actual rounds of ammo it would take to totally bury DC in lead, preventing anyone from being able to extricate themselves? I don’t mean shooting a soul, just giving them all the ammo they so desperately are trying to take from us, so why not ‘let them have it’? That would shut them up for at least a decade or more, and by then we’d be running smoothly awaiting their arrival from beneath the ‘leaded rounds’.

OR …how about creating our own false flag attack so damned horrifying they ALL head for their mountain retreats? Then weld them in or just drill into those mountains and shelters and implode them (just like they did for us with WTC-7 right)? What goes round comes round…

      29. As a side note to your article about Jails keeping folks locked up for not paying fines or having the money to make bail! I am curious? What police / sherrifs agency in the US has the authority to set bail or fine amounts?

If memory serves me right all fines / bail amounts are set by statue / Law, that are imposed by Judical / Judges who ultimately determine what will be paid / fined or other conditions as they see fit? The police / Jail have no control over that.. ? So it is the Judges / lawyers who are keeping the folks in Jail, Not the Sheriffs or Jails they wind up being the cartakers? Food for thought! If I am wrong please correct me!

      30. They might not be so poor, if they would stop the alcohol and drugs. Then get a job, and dont live beyond your means.

      31. Fight back and tell them to shove their jail. If you go peacefully to jail that is your fault.

        • I believe that is why LaVoy said “better shoot then” (cuz he wasn’t about to go down for those bastards). Now it is barely mentioned, as if it never happened. They have “drawn away” your attentions from it professionally, based upon government studies of Human Reactions (at your expense they’ve learned how to tweak you into doing about anything …except for those out there who are ‘the wiser’ to such things).

          • LaVoy is a real man in my book

      32. maybe it’s a form of pre judgement? God tells us to follow him and not man, but instead of listening we worship Govt as it’s a God or something?
FYI as a Watchman I need to warn people to get right with god and stop all this living as there’s no judgement.
Govt is as much a form of Idolatry as little statues are.

      33. Yes you can get jusdice with all the new laws they keep bringing out but you need deep pockets.

They now fine people for going to a protest that does not have a licence but i want to know what they will do when these people who want a bit of democracy back hang judges/bankers/politicians from the nearest trees because it will come to that if they keep being deaf to what the public is saying.

For most of the worlds people it’s hard to imagine a person that has never missed a meal.

      35. The system generates a lot of money for the system. You get a $25 DOLLAR FINE FOR SPEEDING and get $200 in court costs, whether you go to court or not.

      36. Unfortunately what’s taking place in Houston is a fact..once friend of mine who was in a jam over 3 years ago, had outstanding tickets turned him self in and was raped by 6’7′ gay nigger thug in the Houston county jail.. not a laughing matter at all..had a person like me get placed into a cell with such a character I would have killed that thug..yes the county jail is over c crowded because Houston has a big dred lock thug problem that has gone to epidemic proportions because the Louisiana people were dumped here so it’s out of control.. here is the statistics that I read two year ago in a article put our by some houston news articles.. illegals committed over 9,000 reported rapes between 2011-2014.. over 100,000 roberies and dead assaults.. it’s like a war zone.. So what is the city to do let these criminals our loose?..now picture economic collapse or war, these numbers jump 100,000 fold. No figure that. I am saying that I support the city and this illegal act.. We must prep because if collapse commenses one can only imagine the hell on earth that unfolds in all the major cities..

        HCKS..

        Copper advises.

I know I am making up the stats.. maybe I need a mental evaluation and should donate my preps to the needy.

        “LEAVE ME ALONE”

No victim. No crime. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Self defense is my God given right.

Law enforcement doesn’t appreciate the way I talk about them, so I’ll leave it there.

      38. AMERICA: Planned in hell, born in hell, raised in hell, and then shit out of the inner bowels of hell, it was just too vile, too evil, too fascist, and just too filth disgusting for hell itself.

      39. Re: In 2015, Patrick Green died of meningitis while caged in the Harris County Jail. Green was a recovering heroin addict who had relapsed and was locked up for violating his probation.

There were articles in the Lexington Herald not long ago about lawsuits inving the jail in Lexington. Apparently, if someone is picked up high on drugs, they are placed in solitary confinement and basically ignored while they go through withdrawl. I believe that now two people have died due to this.

        • Yes and it was absolute torture for them before they died. Its up to family members to make these people pay. No one else would be able to force the issue. These addicts could have been taken to a locked detox unit easily.

        • KY Mom:

We need to end the war on drugs. If someone is causing a problem because of alcoholism or drug addiction, there should be an appropriate medical facility. We are becoming a third world country. People easily die going “cold turkey”.

Meningitis is a different matter. It can easily be taken as a cold or flu. Even MDs make mistaken diagnosis. It turns critical in a flash. Can’t use meningitis as an example of neglect. Still, it is tragic.

      40. Living on the edge ! I’d like to say that it’s as easy as staying compliant, but I remember growing up when the bills were stacked and so some things would float; like getting the vehicle inspection, getting the tags, renewing the liability, and having the car in shape to pass inspection. there were other priorities. sometimes my parents let things float until they could take care of it. now, in the mean time, they weren’t hurting a soul with their non-compliance. there were warnings, and they’d get things caught up. there was never a threat that you’d be hauled in and saddled with a huge bail. And now, people are being jailed for 10 to 15 yrs with almost no evidence – and it doesn’t matter how old you are. Justice and mercy never meet. Watch out !!!

      41. Here in the UK we are just starting to get prisons from profit with G4S running them and they run these jails using Islam and man rape if you don’t convert to islam from the other team.

Gays want more gay rights and being allowed to get away with man rape is just one of them and the same can also be seen in the US military today, like take it for the boys and shut up
